A / E Department Manager Electrical & Instrumentation
Representative of the Systems Business Unit Projects in Nigeria, you are managing the portfolio activity of the country. Guarantor monitoring of strategic objectives, business and financial responsibility defined by the country of activity, you are the manager making business, supervise projects with your staff to optimize & manage.
Field man, you also coordinate the work of all your colleagues and visit the sites regularly. You meet the standards of Quality, Health, Safety and Environment.
Your main tasks are:
- Ensure the development of E & I department in all areas: electrical, instrumentation, telecommunications, system
- Head of E & I, you are the main contact for clients and our teams across our various sites & projects
- Direct and control the activities of staff under your responsibility at the technical, human and administrative expenses
- Expand sales network proximity Country
- Under the feedback, identify areas for improvement, technical & financial (risk management), organizational & methodology.
With good knowledge of electrical trades, instrumentation and systems, preferably in the oil / gas, you have a sense of responsibility, prioritize and know are very reactive.
Your interpersonal skills and ability to manager let you animate your teams and coordinate various projects and business with multiple stakeholders.
Good manager, you have the business acumen and knowledge of administrative & financial.
You practice English fluently and justify an experience in a similar position.
