Now Hiring: Project Manager (Full-Time, Lagos)
About the Role
Interswitch is looking for a dynamic Project Manager skilled in Agile and Scrum methodologies to join the team. This role involves managing resources, overseeing project execution, and working closely with cross-functional teams to bring projects from idea to successful deployment.
Key Responsibilities
- Internal & External Communications: Facilitate clear communication among stakeholders, both technical and non-technical. Execute communication plans to ensure stakeholders stay informed on project progress.
- Project Management: Lead Agile/Scrum practices, manage project timelines, conduct daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Leadership: Guide teams to deliver successful project outcomes and align efforts with company goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 2 years of project management experience.
- Certification in Scrum (CSM) or other Agile methodologies is a plus.
- PMP/Prince2 Certification is an added advantage.
- Proven experience in technical project delivery with excellent communication and team management skills.
Technical Competencies Required
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal skills to engage diverse teams and stakeholders effectively.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics AX, JIRA Atlassian, MS Project, and MS Excel.
- Organizational Skills: Able to plan, prioritize, and execute tasks independently and support project objectives.
