Scholarship Overview

Nestlé Nigeria has been at the forefront of education support since 2020, helping students in its host communities achieve their academic dreams. This program offers financial assistance to deserving secondary and tertiary students, ensuring they have access to essential educational resources.

Eligibility Requirements

For Tertiary Students:

• Must be a 100-level student enrolled in accredited universities or polytechnics.
• Field of study must be Science or Technology-related courses.
• Achieved at least 5 credits in WASSCE or NECO SSCE in one sitting, including Mathematics, English, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.
• Scored a minimum of 200 in UTME.

For Senior Secondary Students:

• Open to SS1 students studying Science or Technical courses in select schools in Sagamu, including Owode High School and Remo Secondary School.
• Secured at least 5 credits in the BECE exams, including Mathematics, English, and Basic Science.

Scholarship Benefits

This year’s program will support 90 successful candidates, with grants totaling N18 million. These funds will cover:

• Tuition fees.
• Accommodation.
• Uniforms.
• Books.
• Other essential expenses.

About the Role
Interswitch is looking for a dynamic Project Manager skilled in Agile and Scrum methodologies to join the team. This role involves managing resources, overseeing project execution, and working closely with cross-functional teams to bring projects from idea to successful deployment.

Key Responsibilities

• Internal & External Communications: Facilitate clear communication among stakeholders, both technical and non-technical. Execute communication plans to ensure stakeholders stay informed on project progress.
• Project Management: Lead Agile/Scrum practices, manage project timelines, conduct daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Leadership: Guide teams to deliver successful project outcomes and align efforts with company goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 2 years of project management experience.
• Certification in Scrum (CSM) or other Agile methodologies is a plus.
• PMP/Prince2 Certification is an added advantage.
• Proven experience in technical project delivery with excellent communication and team management skills.

Technical Competencies Required

• Communication Skills: Strong verbal skills to engage diverse teams and stakeholders effectively.
• Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics AX, JIRA Atlassian, MS Project, and MS Excel.
• Organizational Skills: Able to plan, prioritize, and execute tasks independently and support project objectives.
